# Connected apps

> Connect Crevio to 3,000+ apps and automate your business workflows

Crevio integrates with over 3,000 apps so your AI assistant can take action across the tools you already use. Connect your accounts once and let Crevio automate tasks like sending emails, updating spreadsheets, posting to social media, syncing CRM records, and more.

## How it works

Connected apps let your AI assistant interact with third-party services on your behalf. When you ask the assistant to do something that involves an external tool -- like "send a welcome email via Mailchimp" or "add this customer to my HubSpot CRM" -- it can connect to that service and take action directly.

    Go to **Settings** > **Integrations** in your dashboard. Browse popular apps by category or search for a specific tool.

  <Step title="Connect your account">
    Click **Connect** on any app that supports OAuth. A secure authorization window opens where you sign in to the third-party service and grant Crevio access.

  <Step title="Use it through your AI assistant">
    Once connected, your AI assistant can use the app when relevant. Just describe what you need in the chat -- the assistant handles the rest.

## Categories

Apps are organized into categories to make browsing easier:

## Managing connections

### Disconnecting an app

To revoke access, go to **Settings** > **Integrations**, find the connected app, and click **Disconnect**. Crevio will immediately stop accessing that service.

### Connecting through the AI chat

Your AI assistant can also prompt you to connect an app on the fly. If you ask the assistant to perform a task that requires an app you haven't connected yet, it will show you a connect button right in the chat.

  All credentials are encrypted and stored securely. You can revoke access to any connected app at any time.
