How it works
Connected apps let your AI assistant interact with third-party services on your behalf. When you ask the assistant to do something that involves an external tool — like “send a welcome email via Mailchimp” or “add this customer to my HubSpot CRM” — it can connect to that service and take action directly.Browse or search for an app
Go to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard. Browse popular apps by category or search for a specific tool.
Connect your account
Click Connect on any app that supports OAuth. A secure authorization window opens where you sign in to the third-party service and grant Crevio access.
Categories
Apps are organized into categories to make browsing easier:| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Communication | Slack, Gmail, Microsoft Teams, Twilio |
| CRM | HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive |
| Marketing | Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign |
| Productivity | Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, Trello |
| Data & Analytics | Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment |
| File Storage | Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive |
| Help Desk & Support | Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk |
| Social Media | X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook |
Managing connections
Disconnecting an app
To revoke access, go to Settings > Integrations, find the connected app, and click Disconnect. Crevio will immediately stop accessing that service.Connecting through the AI chat
Your AI assistant can also prompt you to connect an app on the fly. If you ask the assistant to perform a task that requires an app you haven’t connected yet, it will show you a connect button right in the chat. All credentials are encrypted and stored securely. You can revoke access to any connected app at any time.
